Holly Anne Gibbons lives in Seal Rock with her children, Koda and Saige. Holly attended Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, where she served as the Managing Editor, then the Editor-in-Chief of the legal journal, Animal Law. As part of her legal education she also completed a rewarding externship with the Humane Society of the United States in Washington, D.C. During law school, Holly also worked as an Editor for LexisNexis, a legal research company.
After graduation, Holly worked for a nationally recognized estate planning firm, the Law Office of Eden Rose Brown, where she learned the intricacies of estate planning, as well as the art of listening. After determining each person's unique needs, Holly creates highly customized plans. Her spectrum of clients includes individuals and couples (married, domestic partnered, and single) in all stages of life, those with minor children, and those whose pets are their children. Complementing her knowledge, Holly has limitless enthusiasm for counseling clients about their estate plans!
Holly has volunteered with youth mentorship programs, greyhound rescue groups, and serves on the advisory board of the Lighthouse Farm Animal Sanctuary. She enjoys camping, is a voracious reader, and is completely devoted to her family. Holly understands that cultivating a life outside of her career enhances her ability to serve her clients.
Shelby handles the sine qua non of the office, the computer system, and keeps us up-to-date and secure. Even an intimate setting like the Law Office of Holly Anne Gibbons requires several computers for office and client management, and Shelby understands and easily navigates the constantly changing Information Technology sector. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in health care management for 15 years. He held positions managing multi-site operations for Providence Health System, Banner Health System, and Mountain West Retirement Corporation. He lives in Seal Rock, just north of Waldport. When not working he enjoys cycling, hiking, and winter sports.
If Clare had stayed put, she would still be in Brooklyn, New York. But a desire to see and experience as much of the country as possible has led her eventually to the Oregon coast and the Law Office of Holly Anne Gibbons. Along the way, Clare has worked in multiple settings, from large corporations to small offices, doing a variety of jobs from engineering to marketing. Her passion for lists and details (oh, the things you can do with an Excel spreadsheet) is balanced by her love of all things natural and artistic – the obvious draw to the communities of Yachats and Waldport. You might catch her singing with her Sweet Adelines quartet, High Tide NW, but during most daylight hours she enjoys working with Holly, whose buoyant style is a perfect foil to Clare’s more laid back demeanor. Clare is happy to take your call or email and schedule an appointment, but if you are not in the market for Holly’s legal talents, you are still welcome to dial in and chat about the current technologies for water and wastewater treatment - no kidding!
We are located on the beautiful Central Oregon Coast.
